Who this covers

This policy describes Jinku at jinku.co, including meetings on meets.jinku.co. It applies when you visit the site, create or open an account, or use a service such as company records, documents, the virtual mailbox, bookkeeping, or a meeting.

Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, Google sends Jinku the email address, name, and profile picture on the Google account you select. Jinku uses that information only to create your Jinku account or to sign you in, and to show your name in the product. Jinku does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not sell it. Jinku does not ask Google for access to your mail, files, or contacts.

Information Jinku keeps

Depending on what you use, Jinku stores:

• Your name, email address, and sign-in method.
• Company details, documents, and identity files you or your team upload.
• Virtual mailbox items for a company that uses that service.
• Bookkeeping entries you record.
• Meeting details, including a display name and captions when a meeting uses them.
• A record of certain actions, such as an order, a document review, an invitation, or a discount change.

Prices shown on Jinku are indicative. They exclude VAT and government fees. Saving a plan or applying a discount does not charge a card.

How it is used

Jinku uses this information to run your account, provide the service you asked for, show the right company and documents to the people on that account, and keep a record of what staff and customers changed. Jinku does not sell personal information.

Who can see it

People you invite to the same company can see that company’s records. Jinku staff can see what they need to operate the service. A partner firm assigned to a company can see that client and the services the firm handles. A hosting provider stores the service so it can run. Jinku does not give Google user data to a partner firm except the name and email already used as your Jinku account.

How long it is kept

Jinku keeps account and company information while the account is in use, and for as long as needed to complete a service you asked for or to keep the activity record. You can ask Jinku to correct or delete personal information that Jinku is not required to keep.
