Terms of service

The service

Jinku at jinku.co provides tools for a company in Thailand: company records, documents, a virtual mailbox, bookkeeping, meetings on meets.jinku.co, and related services Jinku makes available on the account. Using Jinku means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Accounts

You need an account to use the signed-in parts of Jinku. You can sign in with the email and password Jinku gave you, or with Google if that option is shown. If you use Google, you also follow Google’s terms for that account. You are responsible for the activity on your Jinku sign-in.

Prices

Amounts on Jinku are indicative. They exclude VAT and government fees. Confirming a service, starting bookkeeping, or applying a discount or coupon does not charge a card, does not start a card subscription, and does not by itself file anything with a government office. A filing or a charge happens only when Jinku tells you that it has.

What you provide

You provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you upload only documents you have the right to share. You will not use Jinku to break the law or to interfere with the service.

Availability

Jinku can change, pause, or remove a feature, and can suspend an account that misuses the service or that Jinku cannot verify. The service is provided as it is available. Jinku does not promise that a government filing, a mailbox item, or a meeting will be completed by a particular time unless Jinku has agreed that separately.
